Definitions:
"COACHES UNITED" or "The Website" - refers to the www.coachesunited.net website and the company who is the owner "Creations Software" of the service, and excludes its owners, or operators.
"File" - any electronic document that has the potential to be uploaded to COACHES UNITED's server.
"User" - refers to any individual who visits or visited the COACHES UNITED website.
Terms:
1) COACHES UNITED reserves the right to remove or replace any of the posted text or uploaded Files, and assumes no liability for the lost information on The Website.
2) You are not allowed to use HTML within the subject or body of the messages uploaded to The Website.
3) Only Files with the following extensions are allowed:
Images: gif, tif, tiff, jpg, jpeg, bmp, png, pcx
Film Strips: fs
Documents: doc, xls, txt, ppt, pdf
Videos: avi, mov, wmv, mpg, mpeg
4) The following types of Files may not be uploaded under any circumstances:
- Files that are pornographic. This includes, but is not limited to, Files which are representing adult or sexual depictions.
- Files that are illegal and/or are in violation of any International and National Laws.
- Files that infringe on the copyrights of any entity. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted images, as well as Files for which User lacks usage and/or distribution permissions.
- File types that are not listed above. This includes archived or compressed files.
Failing to avoid uploading the above file types is considered an "abuse" of the COACHES UNITED service and may result in:
- The immediate termination of the User's ability to use COACHES UNITED or any of its provided services.
- the COACHES UNITED service to become unavailable
- the uploaded File/Files on COACHES UNITED may not load
- deletion of the uploaded File/Files on COACHES UNITED
- prosecution
5) You may not copy COACHES UNITED's content or mirror any page of The Website.
6) File bandwidth is unmetered, however there are "fair usage" policies. Any message posts suspected to be abusing the service, will be deleted without notice. Files are limited to a maximum of 10Mb in size.
7) The COACHES UNITED services are for personal, non-comercial use only. COACHES UNITED services aren't for commercial use or any activity that have as a result direct sales, advertising or profits unless permitted to do so by COACHES UNITED.
8) COACHES UNITED directs full legal responsibility of the contents of the files that are uploaded to The Website to individual Users.
9) All uploaded Files are copyright to their respective owners.
Liability:
By using The Website, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the owner(s) and operator(s) of COACHES UNITED from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and all costs and expenses of defense, including but not limited to, attorneys' fees, resulting directly or indirectly from a claim by a third party that alleges injury, damage or harm in whole or in part arising from the provision by you of information from, or claimed to be from, COACHES UNITED, or that in any way arises from your use of The Website or information provided by COACHES UNITED in violation of these Terms.
The content from COACHES UNITED belongs and has the copyright of their respective owners. Because The Website has no control over such sites, Users and resources, you acknowledge and agree that The Website is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that the owner(s) of the service shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

Responsibility for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on The Website complies with applicable International and National Law is exclusively on the advertisers and COACHES UNITED will not be responsible for any claim, error, omission or inaccuracy in advertising material. COACHES UNITED reserves the right to omit, suspend or change the position of any advertising material submitted for insertion. Acceptance of advertisements on The Website will be subject to COACHES UNITED terms and conditions which are available on request.

COACHES UNITED reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without notice to the Users. All Terms changes are effective immediately. Your continued use of The Website following any Terms changes will mean you accept those changes.
